Are you interested in learning more about energy efficiency policies and how they are implemented in different countries and companies? Then don’t miss out on the DEESME and streamSAVE joint final event, which will be held in Brussels on the 6th of June!
DEESME is a 3-year Horizon 2020-funded project (2020-2023) in which we have been working together with different organisations and research bodies from Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland. The project aims to guide companies, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through the energy transition by taking profit of multiple benefits from energy management and energy audit approaches. At the same time, it seeks to provide national authorities with guidelines and recommendations to strengthen their national schemes/policies.
StreamSAVE, another 3-year Horizon 2020 project, aims to streamline energy saving calculation methodologies under Article 3 and 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). The project brings together public authorities, technology experts, and market actors to foster transnational knowledge exchange on technical priority actions across Europe.
At this event, you will have the opportunity to hear discussions from expert speakers who will cover a range of topics related to the implementation of Article 3, 7, and 8 of the EED, which require countries to set energy targets, conduct energy audits, and establish energy efficiency actions, to improve energy audits in SMEs, and achieving energy savings in the context of the EED recast.
This is a hybrid event, so even if you are unable to attend in person, you can still participate online. By attending this event, you will gain valuable insights and experiences that will help you to support the implementation of energy efficiency measures and contribute to progress towards climate neutrality. Join us for the DEESME and streamSAVE joint final event, we are looking forward to seeing you there!
